Optimized performance of various effects, still in progress doing this. I'll fix all it artifacts in updates. Patch is fixing specific bugs in the game it was developed for, but some of my patches work with other games, because frequently game developers do the same mistakes.

SSAO effect now have additional "lite" version. Tried to fix freezes of previous version, hope it work properly now. PC Gaming 1 Jan 26, Improved performance of ambient occlusions in general and NVidia specific for supersampling mode of this effect.
Added parameters for SubSurfaceScattering to reduce lighting in shadows for characters and ugly thin line on them game bug. Do not remove d3d8. Improved declaration of shaders variables for editing them in the game. Only bugfixes in this version and ENBoost patch tweaks. Performance in this version optimized for ATI videocards also, but i don't have hardware for testing, so not sure how it work on practice.
Removed depth of field fix which added in previous version and which not working for some users. New external shader file named enbsunsprite. Many bugs of previous version is still here, i'll fix them later. Hardware antialiasing multisampling unsupported at this moment, so to make SSAO work properly, disable antialiasing msaa. Added anchors editor for mist effect to allow modify vertical offset of the mist in different places.

Added values to control SSAO distance relative to fog distance. Shaders now can be loaded from "enbseries" folder.
